Android Theme (for beginners)

In this post, I would love to show how to theme your Android for FREE!

To theme your Android, all you need is a couple of free apps from Play Store:

a) Apex Launcher (download)
b) DCikonz (download)

Now let's get into the procedure:

Step 1: Download 'Apex Laucher' from the Play Store and install it in you device.

Step 2: Click 'Home' button on your phone and make 'Apex Launcher' as the default launcher.
Step 3: Download 'DCikonz' from the Play Store and install it in your device.

Step 4: Now, click 'Menu' button on your phone and and select 'Theme settings'.

Step 5: You should now see 'DCikonz' option in 'Theme settings' page.

Step 6: Select all 4 options (icon pack, skin, font and wallpaper) and click 'Apply'.

You are done! Very simple, isn't it?

You can also change drawer background transparency in 'Apex settings >> Drawer settings >> Background transparency'.

Don't like the theme? You have more free theme options in Play Store! For more themes Click here.

Like you stock Android and wish to revert back to stock Android? You can always uninstall Apex launcher and DCikonz from 'Settings >> Application manager >> Select unwanted app >> Uninstall'.

(In my opinion this launcher and theme reduces screen lag to a great extent. This may not be true for all phones)
